1. Who we are

Nexxusbio is a link in bio service operated by Automate Horizon LLC. These terms govern your use of https://nexxus.bio and any page published through it. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Who may use it

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. Nexxusbio is not intended for children, and we do not knowingly allow anyone under 18 to register. You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for everything done through your account.

3. Your page and your content

You keep ownership of everything you put on your page. You grant us only the permission we need to host and display it: to store, reproduce and publish your content for the purpose of operating the service.

You are responsible for your content and for every destination you link to, including whether you hold the rights to it and whether it complies with the law where you and your audience are. That responsibility does not shift to us because a link is routed through our redirect.

4. Acceptable use

Nexxusbio is built for adult creators and lawful adult content is welcome. That permission has hard limits. You must not use the service to publish, link to, or promote:

• any sexual content involving a minor, or any content presenting a person as a minor, in any form
• content featuring any person who has not given informed, documented consent to its creation and distribution, including intimate images shared without consent
• content depicting non-consensual acts, trafficking, coercion, or bestiality
• content that infringes someone else's copyright, trademark, or right of publicity
• malware, phishing, deceptive redirects, or links whose destination materially misrepresents what a visitor will receive
• harassment, threats, incitement to violence, or the publication of another person's private information without consent
• anything otherwise unlawful in the jurisdictions where you operate or your audience is located

Where the law requires you to keep age-verification and consent records for content you produce or distribute, meeting that obligation remains yours. We may remove content, suspend a page, or close an account that breaches this section, and we may do so without notice where the breach is serious.

5. What our safety features do, and do not, do

Link cloaking and mainstream-safe mode are presentation controls. They keep a sensitive destination out of your page's source and hold it behind a visitor confirmation step. They are not age verification, and they are not a legal compliance control. They do not satisfy any age-verification, record-keeping, or content-labelling obligation that applies to you, and you should not rely on them as if they did.

6. Usernames

Your page lives at https://nexxus.bio/[your username]. Some names are reserved for the service itself and cannot be claimed. We may reclaim a username that impersonates a person or organisation, that infringes a trademark, or that was registered primarily to resell.

7. Free and Pro

The Free tier is a complete product and is offered without charge. Pro is a paid subscription billed through our payment processor. Prices are shown on our pricing page and may change with reasonable notice; a change never applies to a period you have already paid for.

You may cancel Pro at any time. On cancellation your page reverts to the Free feature set at the end of the paid period. Your content is not deleted when this happens. Except where the law requires otherwise, payments already made are non-refundable.

8. Availability

We work to keep the service running but we do not promise uninterrupted availability. The service is provided as is, without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profits, revenue, or data. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

9. Ending your use

You can stop using the service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, or where we are required to by law. Where it is reasonable to do so, we will tell you why.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. If a change is material we will give notice before it takes effect. Continuing to use the service after that point means you accept the updated terms.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, United States, without regard to conflict of law rules. This does not remove any protection you have under the mandatory law of your own country of residence.
